To set up your account with C & P, just give us a call and we will send you our free introductory package which includes all the necessary supplies for your order!
2 Schedule a pickup
When your case is ready, you can schedule a pick-up with Purolator using our account #, or call us and we can send you a waybill. Make sure you include the following with your package:
- Fill out our prescription form
- Wrap models in bubble wrap
- Put the case in our lab box
- Place the box in a Purolator pack, and place the waybill on top
3 COMMUNICATION
Once the case arrives at our office, we will contact you to confirm we have received it, and to address any questions or preferences you may have.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Our experienced dental technicians are always available by phone or email
- If you have any photos please email them to us and reference the patients name so we can add them to your case
- If we have any questions during the case fabrication, we will call your office and email you photos demonstrating the issue Customized Service
- This service is here to address your individual requests and ensure consistency in the quality of your restorations.
- We will send a Preference Form for you to fill out via email.
- We will keep this on file to ensure that you receive consistency for every single case
4 CASE DELIVERY
Your case will be returned to you within 10 business days. If there are any delays to the schedule, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that for full mouth reconstruction cases we may need extra time. We will contact you to advise you of this so that you can schedule your patient accordingly.
